WTW selects OIB Solutions to accelerate subscription and management of its insurance products

WTW, a leading insurance broker in France, has gone live with a new subscription and policy management platform built with OIB Solutions, a core insurance software specialist. The initiative aims to improve customer experience while boosting operational efficiency, technology flexibility and digital distribution.

The first scope covers one insurance line, with the platform designed to extend to additional products.

A live platform in weeks

To meet tight timelines, interoperability needs and simpler distributor journeys, OIB Solutions delivered a production-ready cloud platform in a matter of weeks.

GDPR-aligned and integrated with WTW's existing systems, it supports the full policy lifecycle: pricing, subscription, issuance, servicing and oversight.

Two digital distribution paths

The platform offers two subscription journeys for travel insurance products, tailored to WTW's distribution partners:

• A travel-agency extranet where agencies quote, bind and service policies in a simple, self-service workspace.
• An API connected to flight booking systems so insurance can be offered automatically during checkout for airlines and booking platforms.
